All meal plans, wellness programs, downloadable guides, ebooks, PDFs, digital resources, videos and other digital content sold by Her Wellness are protected by copyright and licensed to a single user only.

Customers may not copy, distribute, reproduce, share, resell, transfer, publish or otherwise make available any digital product or associated login credentials to any third party.

All meal plans, wellness programs, downloadable guides, ebooks, PDFs and other digital products are deemed "used" immediately upon access, opening or download. Due to the nature of digital content, these products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Due to the nature of digital products, Her Wellness cannot verify whether digital content has been copied, saved or distributed after purchase. Accordingly, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for digital products except where required by applicable law.

If a purchase is made in error, customers should contact support@herwellness.co.za immediately so that an appropriate resolution may be considered.

All transactions are securely processed through Stitch and/or PayFast using SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. Her Wellness does not store payment card information and all payment processing is handled by the applicable third-party payment provider.

If you do not receive access to your purchased digital product, please contact support@herwellness.co.za with your transaction details and proof of purchase. We will assist you as soon as reasonably possible.

SUPPLEMENTS AND RETURNS

Please note that there is no refund policy on opened and used supplements unless expressly stated otherwise as part of a qualifying promotional guarantee.

Returns can only be made on sealed and unopened products. Collection, upliftment and re-delivery fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or partially consumed supplements cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL BUNDLES

Certain promotional bundles may specifically include a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Where such a guarantee is expressly advertised on the applicable product page at the time of purchase, customers may return opened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms of that promotion.

Collection, upliftment, return courier and re-delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any refund amount.

This guarantee applies only to qualifying promotional bundles and does not apply to individual supplements unless expressly stated.

PAYMENTS

All payments made through Her Wellness are securely processed by trusted third-party payment service providers, including Stitch and PayFast.

These providers utilize industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect customer information during the payment process.

Her Wellness does not store customers' payment card details. All payment information is processed directly through the secure payment gateway selected at checkout.

Customers are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of Stitch and PayFast, as these providers are responsible for the processing and security of payment transactions.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Her Wellness meal plans, wellness programs and training plans are not formulated to accommodate specific nutrient deficiencies, allergies, intolerances or other medical conditions unless expressly stated.

Please consult your healthcare practitioner prior to purchasing if you are unsure whether a product or program is suitable for your individual needs.

Her Wellness meal plans, wellness programs and training plans are not intended to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant or breastfeeding women unless expressly stated. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before commencing any program.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within South Africa only.

If the delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order may not be eligible for delivery to the selected address. Orders are generally processed promptly after payment confirmation. Deliveries can take between 3–7 business days to arrive depending on your location and courier network availability.

Orders over the applicable promotional threshold may qualify for free delivery where advertised.

If a delivery address falls within a remote area or attracts a courier surcharge, Her Wellness reserves the right to request an additional delivery fee or an alternative delivery address. Should no suitable solution be available, a refund may be issued. Customers will always be contacted before any such action is taken.

Her Wellness may offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on selected bundles as advertised on the applicable product page.

Where a bundle includes both physical products and digital products, any downloadable meal plan, wellness program, guide, ebook, PDF or other digital content is considered supplied immediately upon access and is non-refundable.

By purchasing a bundle that includes digital content, you acknowledge and agree that the value of any digital product accessed, downloaded or supplied will be excluded from any refund calculation.

Any collection, upliftment, return courier or re-delivery costs incurred in processing the return remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
